How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery typically arrives in 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. More regions are coming soon — join our email list to be notified.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email 9299453@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll ship a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged one.
Products & Care
Are your tools dishwasher safe?
Our stainless steel tools are dishwasher safe. Silicone molds can go on the top rack. Hand-washing with warm water keeps them looking new longest.
Are the materials food-safe?
Yes — all tools that touch food are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel or 100% BPA-free food-grade silicone.
